Order Placement

• We accept online enquiries only from across Tamil Nadu, and the minimum order value is ₹ 3000.
• JoCrackers does not accept or send orders to cities/states where crackers are banned.
• When an order is submitted, our team receives the inquiry form. Within 24 hours of the initial request, you will get a response from one of our executives.

Payment Policies

• We at JoCrackers ship the orders only when full payment is received.
• Our price quoted includes packaging and taxes.
• The displayed pricing and crackers price are subject to change at any time, at the discretion of JoCrackers.
• Once the checkout process is completed, we will email you the digital copy for your order and payment details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customers will be charged 15% if a confirmed order is cancelled after packing, and only 85% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• The customer is responsible for delivery charges in instances of cancellation.

Shipping & Delivery Policies

• All cracker orders will be processed by our team, but delivery will be handled by third-party agencies.
• The customer should pay the delivery charges for each gift box order.
• We are not responsible for damages or missing items during transportation. We ensure that products are safely packed.
• Products will be packed using special cartons only.
